Delete your FLIP account

This page is for the Flip House app (FLIP) on iPhone and Android and for FLIP on the web at app.flip.house, made by FlipHouse Software LLC. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time.

1. How to delete it

• In the app: More → Delete account. Contractors: Profile → Delete account.
• On the web: sign in at app.flip.house, then Settings → Account → Delete account.
• By email: if you can't sign in, write to hello@flip.house from the email address on the account and ask us to delete it.

If you are the only owner of a workspace that has other members, make one of them an owner first.

2. What happens next

• Your account closes right away: you are signed out on every device and can't sign in again.
• We keep your data for 15 days. In that time you can ask for a copy by emailing hello@flip.house from the address on the account.
• After 15 days we permanently delete your login, profile, uploaded documents and settings, and any workspace in which you are the only member, including its deals and photos.
• If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke FLIP's access to your Apple account.

3. What is kept

Jobs, payments and signed papers you shared with a business you worked with stay in that business's records without your name, because it may need them for tax, legal and dispute purposes. Limited records we must keep by law (such as text-message opt-outs) and short-lived backup copies are handled as the Privacy Policy describes.
